Who We Are
Founded by a team of passionate students, Hope Foundation Gadhinglaj began its journey as ‘Jan Hitaya, Jan Sukhaya’ when our Founder, Nachiket N. Bhadrapur, was just 11 years old. Inspired by a vision of social innovation and sustainability, our organization has evolved into one of India’s youngest NGOs. Dr. Vikas Amte later renamed us ‘Bal Vikas Foundation,’ honoring our early work in child development and welfare. Today, we proudly continue as Hope Foundation, aiming to transform lives and uplift underserved communities through holistic development initiatives.

Our Vision
Our vision is simple yet profound: to spark *sustainable hope* that lasts for generations. We have a long-term, *108-year plan* divided into 12-year cycles, where each cycle addresses a specific societal need. Our work is rooted in the principles of social justice, equality, and environmental sustainability, contributing towards India’s growth and leadership on the global stage.

With over *13 years of relentless dedication, Hope Foundation has expanded its operations across several states in India, impacting thousands of lives. Our dynamic team includes experts from various fields, guided by our **9 departments* in *administration, marketing, finance, fundraising, networking, research, innovation, and **project management*.

We have pioneered initiatives like *recyclable waste collection, **charity events, and partnerships with local and international businesses to support our causes. Notable among our accomplishments is the **Hope Internship Program*, which provides young minds with hands-on experience in the NGO sector.

We draw inspiration from *Swami Vivekananda’s ideology, with a belief that “service to mankind is service to God.” This philosophy forms the backbone of our initiatives, motivating us to create tangible impacts while maintaining the **human touch* in everything we do.
